The school has two nurses that are available throughout the school day to deal with pupils’ medical needs. Their roles include:
- Meeting the daily health demands and, if necessary, referring pupils to the relevant Health Centre using the school's medical insurance.
- Monitoring the health needs of pupils with illnesses such as epilepsy, diabetes, asthma, ADHD etc. Only in these specific cases can medication be administered in the school; and only with a doctor's prescription.
- In case of medical prescription, the nurses will control the diets of those pupils with food allergies and / or illnesses who require a special diet.

In addition, the nurses develop and run programs, workshops, and Health Education activities aimed at both pupils and teachers.
The facilities that the nurses have available include:
- Wheelchair
- Defibrillator
- Pulse oximeter
- Crutches
If required, the nurses can be contacted by telephone or via email: nurse@kensington-school.es
The school lunch menus are designed between the nurses and the cooks to take into account special dietary requirements: celiac, diabetes, excess weight, intolerance and allergies amongst other issues.
