PILAR VARELA
Mother of Julia and Elisa, ex Kensington School pupils.
“This is a good, happy and fun school. The best thing that happened when we moved to Pozuelo was living in the middle of nature and finding out about Kensington School. When my daughter Julia was five years old, one day she suddenly said to me: I like my school! And when Elisa got married, all of the friends who used to come with her to have a snack at the end of school were at her wedding. They learned to think in English (which is much more than talking), but saying this by itself would not do justice to the value of the school. They learned what they needed in order to study and to face life. It isn’t a conventional school, it has teachers who are open, modern, motivating and who teach them a cosmopolitan approach to understanding life.”

JUAN PERPIÑÁN
Father of Paula and Rocío, two current Kensington pupils
“My daughters are very different and each one is receiving the support that suits their personality. We are delighted with the school. We know it is demanding and they have boundaries in place, and we know that this is what’s good for them, because ‘anything goes’ doesn’t work. They know Paula and Rocío, they know their personal history and they have helped them in their individual needs. Kensington School has taught them what really matters: to be rather than to have, being able to manage their fear so they can be free and do what they want to do in life, the natural way to express what they think.”
